Personal: Rick lives in LaGrange Park with his wife and 4 kids (Ricky, Audrey, Eileen and Tommy), and in his free time, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and the occasional card game.

Dr. Anne Guinta is a licensed clinical psychologist and owner of AG Psychology Associates, a private practice in Western Springs.

She specializes in the treatment of children, teens, and parents. Dr. Guinta has worked clinically for over 15 years with kids and teens, using the most relevant evidence-based research to develop strategies that integrate science and child development into treatment interventions.

She uses her understanding of each child’s unique experiences, strengths and weaknesses to help work with the client to achieve excellence. She is passionate about her work and loves being able to take part in their journey.

Lisa Cavaliere has been in the education profession over 20 years working with students from pre-k through 8th grade. Her roles have included: classroom teacher for grades 5 and 6, assistant principal, instructional coach and educational consultant.

Lisa prides herself on being a reflective practitioner who focuses on building strong relationships and being a lifelong learner herself.

She is a working mother of four active children ages 12, 14, 16 and 18. Lisa enjoys yoga, long walks outdoors and being in the company of good friends.
